End of March Update

So, here we are at the end of March!! Boy time does fly! Aidan is now 16 months old and into everything. The trick of the week is take whatever toy we really like or are chewing on and throw it into the trash can!! The best part is to cry when Mom or Dad takes it out of the trash and puts in in the kitchen sink to be cleaned! Aidan's words are very selective and what he uses most for forms of communication are variations of "ba." He says all sorts of sounds but he is more talking to himself than to us. This does mean a lot of melt downs due to frustration of us not understanding him. He sure makes a good effort though! We are on the home stretch of meeting Logan! Thursday we went to the OB for a check up and found out that things are already in the works. Logan is definitely head down he has been for the past 4.5 weeks. We are now on a weekly schedule of visiting the OB until Logan makes his debut! Here is a picture of Carrie from tonight at 35 weeks and 5 days! It's a COMPLETELY different belly than with Aidan. We wanted to include a few more pictures of Logan's room. We have the diaper stacker full of diapers, the bed ready to go and the window is covered (that is the biggest help to the electric bill!!). We are still missing a few key items. We are expecting our glider here in the next two weeks. However, the changing table is not ready for Logan to be changed on and we need some bedding for the pack n plays. Other than that we can make due without some of the fancier things we want to get. Key Lime Pie

Tonight we had a good dinner. I ate a large plate of sloppy joe and mac n cheese. Mom really wanted some pie so we had key lime pie for dessert. Now we don't usually get dessert. I think my parents tend to sneak sweets while I am asleep. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my pie!! What do you think??

Chef 'N It

Dad made me breakfast this morning. I really like it when he does. He cooks for me and plays with me when I eat. I am very interested in cooking lately and my parents got out some gear for me to wear too! Since the hat was out from last night Dad decided I needed to wear it for breakfast. As you can see I really had no issues wearing it. GO PACK!!

Crayons..YUM!!

I can only watch TV and hang out on the couch for so long. Mom and I were coloring today too. I decided though that the crayons looked very good for teething too! However, my Mom ended up taking them away from me!! No FAIR!!

Typical Morning

After breakfast every morning I chill out downstairs while Mom eats and/or reads the newspaper (that depends on me). I play with my toys, watch some Disney Channel, get into trouble or I do all the above and hang out with Mom on the couch. This morning I helped unload the dishwasher and found a rubber spatula to teeth on. Mom was reading the newspaper and I hung out with her on the couch. I chewed on the spatula, watched Little Einsteins and babbled for Mom. My parents always tell me not to stand on the couch, but who really cares??? They usually catch me if I fall...most of the time.

Sliding!!

We made a stop over at Grandma and Grandpa's today. Since the weather was so nice I got to play on the playset in the back yard. I had a nice time going down the slide...oh yes and up too!! I really like to cheer "Yaaay." I cheer for everyone and everything!!
