Baby #2

Well, today we had our first OB appointment for Baby #2. The baby looks good and is measuring right at 8 weeks today. That gives us a due date of April 27, 2009. We're excited and overwhelmed. The heart beat was strong and we got a quick snap shot of our little blog. We'll go back in two weeks to review blood work and look at the baby again to make sure they are growing. So, until Oct. 1!! Enjoy the picture of our blob!!

Stomach Bug

This is Aidan's Mommy and Daddy here. Mr. Aidan is currently out of commission for blogging. The past couple of days he has not been feeling well. We seem to have some type of stomach bug that makes lots of messy diapers. Aidan has not been eating much and finally got his appetite back which his tummy did not take to very well. We spent an afternoon disinfecting his high chair. He seems to be feeling a little better Saturday however, he then fell and hit his head. He got very upset and got sick all over himself and Mommy. Later on at bed time he took a bottle from Daddy and ate too much and got yet another bath today!! We're hoping he is now on the mend today. We did not go to church to make sure he gets plenty of rest and not too much excitement. We have taken him on walks in the evening so he gets a chance to go outside and be distracted from the sick house. Today has been much better. We are keeping our fingers crossed. Here are a couple picks of him napping. (Note: His bumper is currently in the washing machine.)

Mom was trying to get some photos of me today (So big!) and I guess I was really hungry. She was telling me, "Cheese!" so I thought, "Hey that camera looks pretty tasty!!" Here's what it looks like when someone eats a camera!

SOOOO BIG!!!

For months now my parents have asked me, "How big is Aidan?" then they grab my arms and say, "Sooo big!" I think they have lost their minds, but you know I finally figured out what they were telling me. Today I let Mom get pictures and as you can see I was very pleased with my success!

Climber

My toys always get stuck behind our pesky end tables. So, today I decided it was time to take things into my own hands. Then it turns out it is fun to climb even if a toy is not involved.

Last Day at the Pool for 2008

We made the last pool trip for the year. Mom and Dad want to take me more next summer. Mom says it will be hard next year for her to take me and the baby (by herself). We'll have to find some people willing to come to the pool to help out! (When Dad is at work!) Mom though the water was a little chilly, but Dad and me did not mind.

Oh yeah....

Oh yeah..I forgot to say something in my blog before! Mommy and Daddy told me that I am going to be a Big Brother. They've known for a few weeks now. We're all getting used to the news. Mom and Dad says there are going to be some changes in the house to make room for another baby! I am not sure what it all means but I guess I will find out!!
