We headed to the store today and picked up a nice cheap wading pool. We are foregoing the big pool membership for the next little while. It is very hard to get three young ones ready and make sure they are safe at the pool when I am by myself. Why pay so much money to not use a pool?! Plus, we did not quite like the atmosphere of our pool we joined. Hindsight twenty twenty we were originally thinking of a different one to join and as it seems to be is "go with your gut" so a few years of wasting money on a pool we found only so so we are waiting until the kids are older and in the meantime taking the shortest trip to the pool..our backyard!
We plan to make trips to one of the city pools and to head to the pool in Andrew's Parents neighborhood too. But to spend some good time in our own back yard. (Saves dough on gas too!!)
The Boys enjoyed their time splashing. Daniel wasn't so keen on being splashed so he did not spend much time in there. He'll get used to it!
