Sweet Baby D with his mad cheerio eating skills...
One night after dinner Aidan and Logan finger painted.
Aidan got a little carried away.
And that is why we use washable paint! No harm, no foul!
The masterpieces!
Aidan wanted to give one to Grandpa and Grandma. He wanted me to write "Grandma" and it doesn't start with the letter "G." (this is a common argument at our house) Grandma's name is Stephanie therefore "Grandma" starts with an "S." Then he wanted to write "Grandpa" and no my Dad's name is not Nad. Aidan loves to write and wants to know how everything is spelled. (No we did not make him learn this, he LOVES letters and questions everything. He has drawn letters for quite a while now.)
Here's a clip of these two Sweet Boys painting. I think most everyone will appreciate Logan's use of a "paint brush". (This is his way around his tactile issues.) Now he does eventually touch the paint at the end then tries to eat it. :)
Logan's dialogue among the babble in the beginning is:
"circle"
"there you go"
Then is super excited and starts his squealing/cawing.
"Green"
Then we ask him what color so he repeats,
"What color"
"there you go"
"which one"
"more red"
Aidan is not always a fan of being messy but this night he embraced it. Which is why I got so excited or just plain loud. :)
