Daniel's First Day Home
We drove home right around lunch time in the slushy ice. My crocs were sacrificed in the cord eruption, the coat I was wearing was in a bag waiting for the laundry (it did not fare well with my water breaking). I was in scrub slippers with a pair of socks and hospital grippy socks. We made it home the Boys were still at Mom and Dad's but heading out soon, the Dogs were still at Don and Kate's. It was a super quiet house! Not for long! Mel, Gavin and the kids stopped by to say, "Hello!." The kids were excited to meet Daniel, the enjoyed holding him and Tabitha enjoyed just looking at him. As Mel and them were leaving the Big Brother's pulled up with Grandpa and Grandma!
