The Newest Mr. and Mrs. Rogers

This weekend Andrew and Carrie travele to Maryland to celebrate Phil and Emily's marriage. The Boys stayed the weekend with Grandpa and Grandma and had a blast. Andrew was traveling this week for work and his flight on Thursday actually made it in early! So he got to see the Boys for about an hour before we dropped them off. We actually went out for dinner then headed home to finish picking up and packing the last few things. First thing Friday we woke up hit Starbucks and then the road. We realized that morning that our camera was in the diaper bag with the Boys at Carrie's Parents. So we made a stop to pick up a new one. We were hoping to get one for Christmas however, really wanted to take pictures while we were up there. We got in around lunchtime and laid down for a nap. It was then time to get ready for the Rehersal and Rehersal Dinner. The Rehersal Dinner was wonderful! It was at a little restaurant called Skipper's Pier. The room we had was full of big windows that were open and overlooking the docks. The rehersal ran late so we missed seeing the sunset which we heard was pretty awesome! We stuffed ourselves on all sorts of seafood and cake. :) We headed back and hit the sack. The next morning we took a walk around the Resort and it's Docks to check everything out. The weather was GORGEOUS!! There were ducks around the docks, we saw quite a few jelly fish and a pretty big sting ray! They had some pretty nice boats too. We hung out in our room and then it was time for us to get ready and Andrew to do his Groomsmen's Duties. They got married on the docks. It was fabulous and the weather could not have been better. We hoped to get more pictures but learning this new camera did not help out too much. We got a few good ones though. The next morning Mr. Rogers took us all to breakfast. It was a buffet. Yum! (Buffet + Pregnant Lady= Well Fed and Happy) We all then went our separate ways. What a beautiful weekend. We missed the Boys and couldn't wait to get back home to them.
The collage above includes the panorama view from our room, parts of the wedding rehearsal and Andrew driving us to MD.
